innovative aerobics classes seven days a week!
We have
classes for every level of fitness!

We offer Gentle Start, Low Impact
Aerobics, Kick Boxing, Bosu, Pump, Abs and Back, Abs and
Stretch, Step, even Belly Dancing and of course Yoga and Pilates. We are always looking to improve our schedule.

Now offering ZUMBA. First club in the Boston area certified
to offer ZUMBA.
According to the American College of Sports and Medicine, health benefits can be attained in a aerobic workout in less than 20 minutes and the intensity level of less than 55% of maximum heart rate (age-220+ maximum, heart rate). With that in mind, BodyFit has a specially designed program that meets the needs and schedules of all our female members. Women of all ages, shapes, and ethnicity. We cater to the novice however, we have some veteran athletes that are challenge by some of our workouts. Most of out classes are 30 minutes and vary intensity. This is a great draw for those intimidated by long classes and for those who are just starting out. There’s very little down time here. It’s off with the coats and straight to the floor. Our members have come to realize that it’s not “all or nothing” at BodyFit, it’s “something is better than nothing”!
